What is your return policy?
Unfortunatly I cannot return live insects or plants for practical reasons but I am happy to return dried goods within 14 days of purchase. Return postage of these items will be at the buyers cost and the goods must be recieved in the same condition they were sent out in.
Will you use cheaper postage options?
In short no - live arrival is important and I feel like this is the best way of ensure that happens. Postage is charged at cost and a box of dead insects caught up in first class parcels doesnt help you or me.
