The following are the terms you accept when making any purchase made from this site.

You must be over 16 to purchase livestock from this site, by completing your order you are confirming your age is over 16.

All orders will be processed within 7 days of payment being received. Scientific names are, to the best of my knowledge, correct. I will accept no liability for any species found to be incorrectly identified.
All species sold through Bristol Inverts are non toxic or venomous unless otherwise stated. You are advised to take care in handling any invert and always wash your hands afterwards. You are buying these creatures at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for any injury or fatality caused by any of the insects/invertebrates sold on this site.
It is advised you research any species before acquiring them so as to provide the correct care and housing.

In the unfortunate event that live inverts should arrive dead on arrival, or a non livestock item should arrive broken or damaged I will happily replace (or if no replacement available refund) under the following conditions.

• The parcel must be signed for on the day of delivery, I will not replace DoA if the parcel has been missed.
• The DoA must be reported within 3 hours of delivery (delivery is before 1pm so before 4pm).
• I may request that the DoA be posted back to me before any replacement is sent, this will be at my discretion.

• That the damaged item be returned to me before any replacement is sent.
