All orders will be posted the following Monday, or Tuesday after the order has been paid for in full. I currently only have one post day a week, although I do intend this to change in the future the current volume of orders only permits for one day of posting.
I can make special concessions for post dates for orders over £100 in value. Please contact me if you require a specific date for your order.
I can also delay posting of paid orders to a more convenient week, again please contact me via the contact form.

Unfortunately due to the terms of paypals buyer protection I can no longer dispatch orders by any means other than tracked/recorded delivery methods. All orders will require signatures on receipt.

Postage costs are calculated based on weight and include the cost of any packing materials.
Any parcel containing live inverts will be posted via Next Day Special Delivery. Otherwise First Class recorded will be used for all non live orders.

During the winter months an additional charge is added on livestock orders to cover the cost of a heat pack.
Heat packs can be requested any time of year at an additional charge.
